KAZA Hair's Booking Policy ensures fair handling of cancellations, no-shows, and service issues for client satisfaction.

Booking and Cancellation

Special Appointments require a deposit or full prepayment via our online system; deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours' notice but transferable to reschedule within 30 days. Full refunds apply only to cancellations with 48+ hours' notice, processed within 7 business days via original payment method.

Service Dissatisfaction

If unsatisfied within 48 hours of service (e.g., color mismatch), contact us for complimentary correction at no extra charge; refunds are not issued for stylistic preferences unless due to negligence. No refunds for products once opened or used.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late forfeit the full appointment fee without refund or rescheduling. Repeated issues may require prepayment for future bookings.

Products and Retail

Retail items are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days if unopened, unused, and with receipt; damaged goods receive replacement upon return.
